 APPRECIATION :Own house means more respect. It increases your value and shows your status in society. Own home symbolizes your success. People identify you with your background, what you have, eat, wear, and where you live.

• SUDDEN DECISION : If you suddenly need to shift to another city or country for your work then you can't buy a home immediately or if you are going to live somewhere for a short term period, in this case Rental houses are better choice.

PRIVACY : The landlord comes to home at any time. you're tensioned about monthly rent. he increases the rent every next year. You can be kicked out of home by owner any time and you can do nothing in this matter.
