Basically, Smart Homes contain Sensors and Servers. Sensors are such devices that collect data and capture your home’s environment and activity. For instance, Motion sensors, Temperature sensors, and door/window sensors. If we talk about servers, these are cloud-based remote severs which we access through internet. You can monitor multiple sensors by configuring the severs from any location. One of the most important parts of smart home is Hub which we also know as a gateway. Hub is a network connecting device which is used to connect multiple devices together within a local network to communicate and share data. It is connected to home router through ethernet cable. Isotropic sensors can be connected to hubs for data collection and processing. This is how you can command smart hub by smart phones, tablets, remote controller, or voice command from even a long distance but there is only one condition that your home must have a good internet connection as well as in your smart phone then your smart phone and home connect to cloud and communicate via cloud.

We can also operate smart lighting by voice command after connecting it to the smart speaker as well as by your smart phone.
